DSE Assessor Training
In-house Courses

Our accredited virtual live DSE Assessor Training is also available as an in-house course, exclusively for you or your organisation.
In-house training is available for individuals or groups of up to 12, can avoid travel to an external venue, and can be arranged on a convenient date to suit you. In-house courses also allow far greater application of course content to your own DSE policies, furniture and equipment.
In-house training courses are priced according to the number of people attending (minimum fixed at time of booking).

How to Book
Once agreed, virtual live in-house DSE Assessor Training courses can be formally booked using the online form below.
General Booking Information
We normally acknowledge receipt of Booking Forms within two working days, so please contact us if you have not heard back within that timescale. When we acknowledge your booking we will also send our invoice (by email) to the person nominated on your Booking Form - this message this will contain the option to pay online.
Our payment terms are thirty calendar days from the date of the invoice, but fees must always be paid in full prior to the course start date. Invoices include full details of the payment methods we accept: bank transfer (preferred), and credit/debit card. Please note that while a date for your in-house course will be reserved on receipt of a completed Booking Form, we reserve the right not to deliver in-house training events where course fees have not been paid.
Joining Information
Course joining information - including the online meeting invitation - will be sent out to the booking contact well in advance of the the course date.
Virtual live DSE Assessor Training courses are normally delivered using the Zoom platform, but can be provided over Microsoft Teams or Google Meet if you prefer.
Courses are interactive, and so attendees will need to use a device which has a built in camera (or web cam). A suitably fast and reliable internet connection which can support video calls is also needed. We strongly recommend that any necessary checks on technical requirements are made well in advance of training.
By booking or participating in a virtual course, you agree to share and keep your video and audio feed active as required.
Changing a Delegate Name
Delegate names can be changed as required - please contact us as soon as possible prior to the course start date. However, if delegates cannot attend or don't arrive for the course you must still pay the full fee.
Course Cancellations
In rare occasions we may have to cancel courses, change their dates or significantly amend their content because for other reasons beyond our control. If this happens, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible prior to the course start date and offer you either a transfer to another course, or a full refund. Unfortunately we cannot meet any consequential losses.
